Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS OR AND EXCHANGES:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges; just contact us within 3 days of delivery and Ship returns back to me within 7 days of delivery. Returns are shipped at purchaser’s expense.

CANCELATIONS:

We do not accept Cancellations once an item has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized or personalized orders
Items on Sale
Items that have been damaged by owner-installation

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A restocking charge may be applied.
